Shipping policy

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Made-to-measure and stitched items take 7–15 days, as confirmed at the time of order.
  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Tracking details are shared by WhatsApp/SMS/email.
  • Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days after dispatch (faster within Kerala).
  • Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 1,500. For orders below Rs. 1,500, the shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Delays caused by couriers, weather or festivals are beyond our control, but we will keep you updated.
  • Please check your parcel on delivery and inform us within 48 hours if it is damaged. An unboxing video is helpful.
  • Local pickup is available at our Kollam boutique.
