Refund policy

• Once sold, items cannot be exchanged.
• Customised, stitched or altered garments are not returnable as they are made specifically for you. Any genuine stitching or measurement error from our side will be corrected free of cost.
• Wrong or damaged item: report within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
